Dear pet owner and valued client,
In this time of mandates, orders and pandemic we respectfully ask the following.
Please stay in your vehicle and call the clinic when you arrive.
When we are prepared to give you our undivided attention, one of our staff will go to your car where you can give us your pet so we may bring him/her in to the clinic for care.
After examining and assessing your pet, the doctor will call and discuss care and plan options for the patient. Once you have decided upon a treatment plan with the doctor, one of our staff will bring your pet and any medications to your car where we will accept your payment.
For extreme and acute illnesses, emergencies and euthanasias, we will make special arrangements on a case by case basis to accommodate people by escorting them with their pet directly into a prepared exam room.
For annual exams and preventative care, we would like to ask that you consider if possible scheduling a few weeks ahead until we have a better idea of the path of COVid-19 and how to best protect our clients, our staff and all our families.
We emphasize that as always, anytime you have any worries about your pet, please call us so we can make appropriate arrangements to make sure your concern is addressed.
As we have always been, we are happy to discuss and help guide you as to what the best solution would be for each situation.
We greatly appreciate your understanding, we know these times are unusual and difficult in many ways. We also know how important our pets are to us all and we intend to provide the same level of care you always expect from us even though we have to adjust our protocols temporarily. We are and will continue to be here for you and greatly appreciate the trust and loyalty you have given to us over many years.
